My company has a SLA-5000 and we are running it with SL-7570. The company I work for is trying to find an alternative to the use of acetone for cleaning the milky residue of the finished prototype parts. We find TPM and IPA are not strong enough for the job. Does anyone have any thoughts on ultrasonic cleaning?

We use a TPM rinse first in an aggetated bath. After removing it from the bath ( several hours) We again rinse it with alcohol by gentkly brushing it with a sift paint brush and alcohol. We then air dry the finsihed part.
