Delicate terminal connectors to large industrial parts are achievable in SLA prototypes as well as in our urethane casting process.

Multiple SL model sections can be bonded together to form parts in size larger than our build envelope of 20" X 20" X 23". This bonding process includes uses the same SL resin in which the part was made from to ensure proper bonding. Read More>>

Large prototypes, which are durable, can be made using RTV silicone molds that can cast urethane parts up to 6 feet in length and 3 feet wide as a single part. If a part needs to be larger, bonding of the sections is still available. Please see Urethane Castings for details on this process.

Typically, larger urethane parts require some kind of threaded insert for an assembly operation. Please let us know if a special or standard off-the-shelf insert is required for your needs.
